Where do you get the stone for your products?All of the Be Cool products are made from natural stone that Rob obtains from countertop makers, wholesale tile outlets and other stone suppliers.

Are the products breakable?Yes, if dropped on a hard surface, the stone may crack or break. Cheeseboards are made with thicker stone and are less likely to break.

How should I clean my stone products?Clean with a lukewarm cloth. Do not place in dishwasher.

Will the coasters absorb moisture (for example, from cold drinks)?"The travertine and sandstone products are porous and will absorb moisture.

Will the products stain if something is spilled on them?The travertine and sandstone products may stain because they are porous.

How will my order be shipped?We ship everything by United States Post Office Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?Rob’s Be Cool Stone Creations is confident of our products quality. If you are not satisfied, we offer easy refunds or replacements for requests received within 30 days after product purchase.
