PRODUCT CARE

Products made from natural stone are generally durable and require little care.   Of course, if dropped on a hard surface, the stone may crack or break.  The cheeseboards are made with thicker stone and are less likely to break.  To clean, you can wipe the products with a warm wet cloth or use a mild detergent.  Do not submerge the products in water or place them in the dishwasher.  The travertine and sandstone coasters and trivets are porous and will absorb moisture.  They may stain if they come into contact with coffee, tea, red wine, or fruit juices.  Dab stains with a warm, wet cloth as soon as possible.  A gentle alkaline cleanser containing ammonia or a stone and tile cleaning product may be used if necessary.
